Seit Wochen ist die Situation im belarussisch-polnischen Grenzgebiet katastrophal. Menschen, die über Belarus versuchen in die EU zu fliehen, werden systematisch aus Polen zurück in eine militärisch abgeriegelte Pufferzone gedrängt und dort festgehalten. Sie sind schutzlos Kälte, Nässe und Hunger ausgeliefert. Laut Hilfsorganisationen sind bereits bis zu 200 Menschen gestorben, teils nach gewaltsamen Pushbacks von polnischen Grenzsoldat*innen. Für schutzsuchende Menschen gibt es weder ein Vor noch ein Zurück, Hilfsorganisationen und Presse wird der Weg zum Grenzgebiet versperrt. Währenddessen fordert Horst Seehofer am Tag des Mauerfalls eine „bauliche Sicherung“.
Diesen schweren Menschenrechtsverletzungen darf nicht weiter zugesehen, dieser menschenfeindlichen Rhetorik kein Raum gegeben werden. Die Ampel-Koalition und das BMI müssen endlich handeln, um eine humanitäre Katastrophe mit vielen weiteren Toten zu verhindern! Menschenleben sind kein politischer Spielball und Menschenrechte trotz Koalitionsverhandlungen #unverhandelbar, stellt die Ampel auf Grün für Aufnahme!
Deshalb mobilisieren wir NRW-weit für diesen Sonntag, 14.11. um 14 Uhr zentral nach Köln (Hans-Böckler-Platz): Seid laut, tragt mit uns euren Protest auf die Straße! #GrünesLichtFürAufnahme JETZT!

Ostrzeżenie: przemoc, śmierć
Od tygodni sytuacja na białorusko-polskim pograniczu jest katastrofalna. Ludzie, którzy próbują uciec do UE przez Białoruś, są systematycznie wypychani z Polski do zamkniętej militarnie strefy buforowej i tam przetrzymywani. Są oni bezbronni, narażeni na zimno, wilgoć i głód. Według organizacji pomocowych zmarło już do 200 osób, częściowo w wyniku brutalnego odepchnięcia przez polską straż graniczną. Dla ludzi szukających ochrony nie ma ani drogi do przodu, ani drogi powrotnej; organizacje pomocowe i prasa są zablokowane w strefie przygranicznej. Tymczasem Horst Seehofer wzywa do „bezpieczeństwa konstrukcyjnego“ w dniu upadku muru berlińskiego.
Nie można pozwolić, aby te poważne naruszenia praw człowieka trwały nadal, nie można pozwolić, aby ta antyludzka retoryka nie miała miejsca. Nowy rząd i niemieckie federalne ministerstwo spraw wewnętrznych muszą wreszcie podjąć działania, aby zapobiec katastrofie humanitarnej, w której zginie o wiele więcej osób! Ludzkie życie nie jest politycznym pionkiem, a prawa człowieka są nienegocjowalne pomimo negocjacji koalicyjnych, ustawcie światła drogowe na zielone dla przyjęcia!
Dlatego mobilizujemy całą NRW na najbliższą niedzielę, 14.11, 14:00, centralnie w Kolonii (Hans-Böckler-Platz): Bądźcie głośni, wyjdźcie z protestem na ulice razem z nami!

For weeks, the sitjuation in the Belarusian-Polish border area has been catastrophic. People trying to flee to the EU via Belarus are systematically forced back from Poland into a militarily sealed-off buffer zone and held there. They are defencelessly exposed to cold, wetness and hunger. According to aid organisations, up to 200 people have already died, partly after violent pushbacks by Polish border guards. For people seeking protection, there is neither a way forward nor a way back; aid organisations and the press are blocked from the border area. Meanwhile, Horst Seehofer is calling for „constructural security“ on the day of the fall of the Berlin wall.
These grave human rights violations must not be allowed to continue, this anti-human rhetoric must not be given any room. The new government and the German Federal ministry of Interior must finally act to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe with many more deaths! Human lives are not a political pawn and human rights are nonnegotiable despite coalition negotiations, put the traffic lights on green for admission!
